Shish kebab from ‘Pati Parts' with mint sauce

Ingredients
1 pack Aviko 'Pati Parts'
1 medium aubergine, 2 onions, 2 red peppers
16 champignons
250 g feta cheese
Additional needs
Mint sauce: 150 ml natural yogurt, ½ cup chopped mint, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic, salt and pepper
Additionally, you will need kebab sticks
Preparation method:

Prepare Aviko Pati Parts acc. to the instructions on the packaging.

Thickly dice aubergine, salt, and set aside for half an hour. Peel the onions and slice into quarters. Remove and discard pepper nidi (cores with seeds) and thickly dice pepper. Cut peeled champignons into quarters and thickly dice feta cheese. Rinse salt off aubergine pieces.

Thread in turns aubergine pieces, baked 'Pati Parts', onion quarters, pepper pieces, feta pieces, and olives onto kebab sticks. Spread olive oil on the obtained shish kebabs. Spread aluminium foil inside the oven. Preheat the oven to approx. 150°C and switch on the grill (if the oven has such feature). Put the kebabs in the oven and grill for 5-10 min.

In the meantime, prepare mint sauce. Slowly mix olive oil into the yogurt. Press garlic through a garlic press and add to sauce. Finish by tossing in chopped mint. Season the obtained sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Serve in a separate dish.
